Friends....

We have a lot of wonderful friends who we don’t always get to see or thank, and we always feel awfully guilty that we can’t tell them how much they mean to us!

So we created this page in recognition of their wonderfulness.

Become a Friend
You too can become a friend all you have to do is give us some money and we will like you so much we will send you things and add you to our Christmas card list. No, we’re kidding it’s not just about the money, it’s also about you bringing your friends to our shows!

Our Friends...

Lady B. Calcutt (Patron)

Our wonderful Patron, Lady Calcutt, was kind enough to lend us her garden for one of our shows. As she left the first show she decided that she would like to be our patron and so that was that. From glorious letters to a little pocket money to support some of our work, Lady C supports us in a wonderful way and we love her like she was our own grandmother; we are proud to be her choice for patronage.

Arts Council England

Have supported a number of our projects and continue to support us, and our development. We are pleased to have a strong relationship with the Arts Council and hope to continue to work with them for a long time in the future. Arts Council fund us on a project by project basis.

The University of Winchester

After completing our degrees, we left Winchester University and are proudly supported in a number of ways. The University act as partners for projects, offer space for rehearsals and we also received our first funding grant from the University. This support has been invaluable to the development of the company and has allowed us to take the first steps of our journey with a great amount of support. We also lecture at the University working with students on a range of projects and subject areas.

The Point, Eastleigh

We are a resident company at The Point, Eastleigh, which gives us access to rehearsal space, accommodation, without forgetting the beautiful theatre and helpful people. Advice and help flows from their experienced hands in to our empty ears and fills our heads with hope and ideas!

Petra Massey

Artistic Director of Spy Monkey and internationally fabulous television star, Petra, worked with us to direct and devise The Dinner Table and the beginnings of The Birthday Party. She is not only talented but also loving working in Africa with AIDS charities and with small people like Ronnie Corbett and Sandi Toksvig.

Visit her website and see all the monkeys, (some are hairy, but all of them are very entertaining)!

Continuum Ltd.

One of our shareholders, this pair help us figure out money. This isn’t always easy for us, but they help us to get our taxes sorted out and to plan and build a business model and strategy. They are awfully patient and take lots of time to let the difficult sentences and ideas sink in to our funny, number resistant brains!

Jane Buswell

Another one of our shareholders, we like to call Jane our “Business Mum”, often slapping us on the back of the head if we don’t think properly when we are planning things, she is always on the end of the phone if we want to figure something out, and has helped to shape and build the company. It is thanks to her that we received our first business grant and we work hard to make our mother proud!
