After a meeting between his teeth and a hockey stick Matt stopped P.E at 16 and found himself in the Drama Department of his secondary school. It was there that he decided to study this underpaid art and a life time of Mother asking “When are you going to get a real job?” began.  After graduating from the University of Winchester, Matt created the company with Penny, Graeme and Russell and has created every show since the beginning.

Matt also studied at l'Ecole Internationale de Theatre Jacques Lecoq, Paris, is an associate director of TheatreZoo, and associate director of The Weirdy Beardies, a company member of Company38, a writer for Total Theatre Magazine, a guest lecturer at The University of Winchester and works with emerging companies as a visiting director.
